VPN can not be connected after billing in Help

Q1:Once I found there's no budget at all, I payed another 5$ into my account. And I'm sure there's no rearrange.
So, I waited for a few days, restarted my server and tried to connect vpn as usual, but can not work at all.
I'm not sure what I should do after billing. Please help me to fix it.

Q2:I also found that after billing, my charge slightly increased. BUT, I never (can not) connect VPN.
So, why does the charge increased?

  • I couldn't connect my vpn from yesterday. I didn't do any changes to pptp server. And I couldn't telnet connect remote 1723 port from my pc.

    Help!
  • Issue solved. "ipsec start" should be ran for the first time after restart server.
