Vultr firewall seems to filter all ports

Hi guys,
All ports of my server are filtered according to nmap since July 1. I then reset and update the vultr firewall's settings, but I cannot connect to any ports as well, except ping. I have opened port 22 for ssh in the My server's os is CentOS 7 and it is in Amsterdam.
Sorry for my poor English.
