ssh connection problem on Mac OS terminal (fresh learner of VPS and Linux)

(I am a fresh learner on SSH and linux OS, sorry.)
I can't visit the VPS by code"ssh root@45.32.60.227" on my MAC os Terminal.
The following part is the outcome:




IT IS POSSIBLE THAT SOMEONE IS DOING SOMETHING NASTY!
Someone could be eavesdropping on you right now (man-in-the-middle attack)!
It is also possible that a host key has just been changed.
The fingerprint for the ECDSA key sent by the remote host is
SHA256:mTgNZFKr7t+VZfn2sBpVXp1VZVpKejeXGbCVAwoWec8.
Please contact your system administrator.
Add correct host key in /Users/david/.ssh/known_hosts to get rid of this message.

ECDSA host key for 45.32.60.227 has changed and you have requested strict checking.
Host key verification failed.

    Open your terminal and type below command:
    sudo rm /Users/david/.ssh/known_hosts

    Then, try to visit your VPS again.
