For Unblocking the SMTP port, I need to restart the active instance. How can I do this?
You can restart the server directly using your customer portal.
Log in to
and click the [...] icon next to your instance and choose Server Restart.
After hard restart, i can not login via SSH (Putty, Bitvise). What happened? And how to solve this?

I finally login successfully via Bitvise with options (after few times of fail logins):
[ ] initial method: password
[v] Store encryted password in profile.
