My account got suspended and Administrative Team is not answering


Last week my card was stolen, it was an AMEX card, and the dumb person of them, put a chargeback on Vultr, I noticed today and paid the balance using paypal. I sent an email regarding this, that was not intentional, and they suspended my account after 1 hour.

I'm trying to find a phone number, but there is none, the only way to reply is tech support, but they always say "we can't help, our administrative team is from 9 to 5pm".

Do you know a way how can I contact them?



  • This is a nightmare, the support team I always have a problem, they don't provide any type of support, so I don't know what they do, and administrative they say from 9-5pm and they even reply.
