Windows 10 time sync
Windows 10 a mandatory OS for me.
I think the time sync problem in Vultre with Windows OS has been already known. Windows time abruptly changes to UTC despite the OS setting remains local time zone. I want UTC+9 time zone in Seoul.
In a help document produced a few year ago, it was suggested to change the value of SOME key in Window server registry to fix the problem in Windows server. However, THAT key does not exist in windows 10.
Any suggestion?

Hello,
Vultr stores the system time in UTC, while Windows expects it to be the local time zone. After each reboot, Windows resets the OS clock from the system clock. There is a workaround in the article you mentioned: https://www.vultr.com/docs/correcting-time-on-windows-server
However, this registry key isn't well supported by Microsoft. Here's more information: https://www.cl.cam.ac.uk/~mgk25/mswish/ut-rtc.html
I found two suggestions for Windows 10.
Neither suggestion is supported by Microsoft or Vultr, but I hope they are helpful.
