i enabled ipv6 form settings and configed based on Sample Network Configuration , here is my config file :
DEVICE=eth0 ONBOOT=yes BOOTPROTO=static IPADDR=104.238.***.*** NETMASK=255.255.254.0 GATEWAY=104.238.184.1 DNS1=108.61.10.10 IPV6INIT=yes IPV6ADDR="2001:19f0:7402:33:5400:00ff:fe18:7f14/64" IPV6_AUTOCONF="yes" DNS2=2001:19f0:300:1704::6

and here is my ifconfig output :
eth0: flags=4163<UP,BROADCAST,RUNNING,MULTICAST> mtu 1500 inet 104.238.***.*** netmask 255.255.254.0 broadcast 104.238.185.255 inet6 fe80::5400:ff:fe18:7f14 prefixlen 64 scopeid 0x20<link> inet6 2001:19f0:7402:33:5400:ff:fe18:7f14 prefixlen 64 scopeid 0x0<global> ether 56:00:00:18:7f:14 txqueuelen 1000 (Ethernet) RX packets 199 bytes 23555 (23.0 KiB) RX errors 0 dropped 0 overruns 0 frame 0 TX packets 208 bytes 23743 (23.1 KiB) TX errors 0 dropped 0 overruns 0 carrier 0 collisions 0 lo: flags=73<UP,LOOPBACK,RUNNING> mtu 65536 inet 127.0.0.1 netmask 255.0.0.0 inet6 ::1 prefixlen 128 scopeid 0x10<host> loop txqueuelen 0 (Local Loopback) RX packets 24 bytes 2878 (2.8 KiB) RX errors 0 dropped 0 overruns 0 frame 0 TX packets 24 bytes 2878 (2.8 KiB) TX errors 0 dropped 0 overruns 0 carrier 0 collisions 0

now when i am test ipv6 :

  • You have recently enabled IPv6 on this instance, but you have not restarted it. Enabling IPv6 requires the instance to be restarted via the control panel in order to function.

    huh , it worked after restarted via control panel ! but i restarted my vps via sudo reboot and it was't worked !
    whats difference between control panel restart and command line reboot ?

    one more question , how i can set ipv6 as default and disable ipv4 ?
  • Restarting via the control panel applies configuration updates from our end, restarting via ssh does not.

    It's very unlikely that you want to entirely disable IPv4. You should be able to find plenty of documentation online if you'd like to do this, but there are significant disadvantages.
